Job Title: Senior Civil Engineer – Planning & Estimation (Residential Projects)
Location: Silvassa
Experience Required: 5+ Years
Salary: As per experience and interview performance
Key Responsibilities:
Preparation of project planning, scheduling, and monitoring.
Quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, and cost analysis.
Rate analysis and budgeting for residential projects.
Coordination with site teams, consultants, and contractors.
Monitoring project progress and resource utilization.
Verification of contractor bills and quantity measurements.
Preparing project reports and MIS.
Ensuring quality standards and timely project completion.
Skills Required:
AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project/Primavera
Estimation, billing, BOQ, planning, and project coordination
Strong knowledge of residential construction practices
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech Civil Engineering
Experience: Residential building/high-rise project experience preferred.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
