Job Title: Operations & Systems Analyst (Odoo / CRM / Automation)
Job Overview:
We are looking for a tech-savvy, analytical, and process-oriented Operations & Systems Analyst to manage and optimize our business systems — primarily Odoo ERP, CRM, and other integrated software platforms.
The ideal candidate will streamline operations by leveraging automation, analytics, and digital tools. You will act as the bridge between departments, ensuring smooth data flow, process alignment, and actionable insights for decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:System Management (Odoo / CRM / Automation)
- Manage and maintain Odoo ERP, CRM, and other business software systems.
- Configure and customize modules (Sales, Inventory, HR, Purchase, Accounting, etc.) as per organizational requirements.
- Integrate Odoo with other tools like Zoho, Airtable, Power BI, and Make (Integromat).
- Automate workflows and data pipelines to reduce manual intervention and improve accuracy.
- Ensure system uptime, user access control, and data security.
- Troubleshoot software issues and coordinate with vendors or developers for fixes and upgrades.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from CRM, billing, and operational systems.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, SQL, and Python.
- Translate complex operational data into clear, actionable insights for leadership.
- Track KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics to support performance monitoring and decision-making.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across all systems.
Process Improvement & Coordination
- Collaborate with department heads to understand workflows and improve cross-functional coordination.
- Support digital transformation initiatives by simplifying and digitizing manual processes.
- Design structured task and dispatch models to improve planning, execution, and delivery timelines.
- Train and support team members on system use and best practices.
- Maintain documentation of processes, configurations, and dashboards.
Core Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency in Odoo ERP, CRM platforms, Power BI, SQL, Python, and Airtable.
- Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools like Make (Integromat) or Zapier.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent coordination and communication abilities to manage cross-departmental alignment.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Analytics.
- 2–5 years of experience in operations analytics, system administration, or process automation.
- Prior experience with Odoo or similar ERP systems is mandatory.
- Exposure to CRM and billing data management is preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
