Position: Customer Support Executive (UAE Process)
Location: Andheri, Mumbai / On-site
Department: Customer Support – UAE Process
Working Days: Monday to Saturday ( Work from Office )
Salary : 25k to 34k
Shift: UAE-based shift timings ( Morning )
About the Role
Primarc Pecan is looking to hire dynamic and customer-focused Customer Support Agents for our UAE Process team. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls and email queries while delivering excellent service standards. We are seeking professionals with prior UAE process experience who can communicate effectively in both English and Arabic.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Respond to customer emails and queries in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information and effective resolutions to customer concerns.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
- Ensure proper documentation and updating of customer interactions in the system.
- Adhere to company policies, process guidelines, and service standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
- Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills.
- Ability to manage customer concerns calmly and professionally.
- Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency and email handling skills.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a UAE inbound process is mandatory.
- Experience in handling inbound calls and email support is preferred.
