Job Description – Telecaller (Telesales Executive)

Role Overview:
We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Telecaller who can connect with potential customers, generate quality leads, and contribute to business growth through effective communication and consistent follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers for lead generation
- Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries efficiently
- Explain products/services in a clear and convincing manner
- Maintain accurate call records in CRM/Excel
- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested leads for conversion
- Confirm and schedule site visits on a daily basis
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling/sales targets
- Coordinate with the sales team for successful deal closures
Required Skills:
- Strong communication skills (Hindi & basic English preferred)
- Good convincing and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and calling tools
- Positive attitude with a target-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle pressure and customer objections
Qualification:
- Minimum: Graduate (Preferred)
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
