ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new business acquisition, develop customer relationships, and expand our presence in domestic and international markets. The role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in B2B sales and business development.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and market research
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and business discussions
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing customers
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers
- Negotiate commercial terms and convert opportunities into business
- Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve business targets
- This role involves periodic domestic travel for client meetings, business development activities, exhibitions, and relationship management. Travel may range from 15-20 days per month depending on business requirements and scheduled client engagements.
- Comfortable travelling across India for client meetings, exhibitions, and business development activities as required
- Ability to independently schedule meetings, manage customer relationships, and convert opportunities into business
- Experience in consultative B2B sales, corporate sales, industrial sales, manufacturing sales, or business development preferred
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
- 4–10 years of experience in B2B Sales, Industrial Sales, Corporate Sales, Manufacturing Sales, Export Sales, or Business Development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial products, chemicals, food ingredients, packaging, exports, herbal products, or related sectors will be preferred
- Proven experience in lead generation and client acquisition
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities
- Jaipur-based candidates will be preferred

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
