Position: GM – Service
Company: Titanium Mahindra
Location: Irba , Ormanjhi , Ranchi, Jharkhand
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall workshop and service operations.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Achieve service revenue and profitability targets.
- Lead and develop the service team.
- Monitor workshop productivity and efficiency.
- Handle customer escalations and warranty processes.
- Coordinate with Parts and Sales departments.
Qualification:
- Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
- MBA preferred.
Experience:
- 10–15 years in automobile service operations with leadership experience.
