Summary : VV Mart Supermarket is looking for energetic, customer-focused, and responsible individuals to join our team as Billing & Sales Staff. The selected candidates will handle billing operations, assist customers, and support daily supermarket sales activities.
Key Responsibilities Operate billing/POS systems accurately and efficiently. Process cash, card, and digital payments. Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases. Maintain cleanliness and organization of shelves and billing counters. Replenish stock and ensure products are properly displayed. Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary. Support inventory checks and daily store operations. Provide excellent customer service at all times.
Requirements : Minimum qualification High School/Plus Two (higher qualifications are welcome). Basic computer knowledge. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Previous supermarket or retail experience is preferred but not mandatory. Honest, punctual, and team-oriented.
