*Job Description*
We are looking for a *Back Office Coordinator* to manage administrative tasks, maintain records, and support daily business operations. The candidate will coordinate with internal teams and vendors, maintain documentation, and ensure smooth workflow within the organization.
*Key Responsibilities*
- Coordinate with the *sales team, accounts team, and management* for daily operational activities.
- Coordinate with *vendors through calls and regular follow-ups* regarding work updates, installations, and project status.
- Handle *emails, follow-ups, and internal communication*.
- Track *pending work* and update management regularly.
- Maintain *Excel sheets and MIS reports*.
- Assist in *meeting scheduling and office coordination*.
*Requirements*
- *1–3 years of experience* in back office or administrative role.
- Good knowledge of *MS Excel and MS Office*.
- Good *communication and coordination skills*.
- Ability to *manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines*.
