Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.
- Record and verify financial data accurately and on time.
- Prepare basic MIS reports, expense reports, and financial summaries.
- Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Manage petty cash, vouchers, and supporting financial documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth financial operations.
- Assist during monthly and yearly financial closing processes.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company financial procedures.
Requirements
- B.Com graduate (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Familiarity with Tally or any accounting software is preferred.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Highly organised, trustworthy, and responsible.
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Ability to handle confidential financial information professionally.
