Job Summary:
The Guest Relationship Executive (GRE) is responsible for welcoming customers, ensuring an excellent customer experience, coordinating with the sales team, and maintaining smooth front office operations. The role focuses on creating a positive first impression and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers in a professional manner.
- Manage visitor registration and maintain customer records.
- Coordinate customer appointments and site visits with the sales team.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide basic product/project information.
- Follow up with customers regarding appointments and feedback.
- Maintain reception and waiting area as per company standards.
- Prepare daily footfall and customer interaction reports.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasing personality and professional appearance.
- Customer service orientation.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
Pay: ₹9,041.48 - ₹31,412.81 per month
