About the Role
Datasoft Technologies is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Sales Executive to drive business growth across domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate should have experience in selling IT services and solutions, generating qualified leads, managing client relationships, and closing deals across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound sales, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other lead generation channels.
- Identify and engage potential clients in India, USA, UK, Ireland, Australia, Canada, Singapore, UAE, and other international markets.
- Understand client business requirements and propose suitable technology solutions.
- Promote and sell:
- Custom Software Development
- Web Application Development
- Mobile App Development (Android & iOS)
- AI & Automation Solutions
- ERP & CRM Solutions
- SaaS Products
- Digital Transformation Services
- Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and client meetings.
- Prepare proposals, estimates, presentations, and commercial agreements.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate with technical teams to create customized solutions for clients.
- Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline reports.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Required Skills
- 1–5 years of experience in IT Services Sales, Software Sales, or Business Development.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in B2B sales and client relationship management.
- Strong understanding of:
- Website Development
- Mobile Application Development
- AI & Machine Learning Solutions
- Custom Software Development
- ERP / CRM Solutions
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Email Outreach, and CRM tools.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and convert prospects into customers.
- Strong presentation and proposal-writing skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Domestic and International IT Sales.
- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Knowledge of SaaS, Cloud Solutions, and Digital Transformation services.
- Experience in handling clients from North America, Europe, Australia, Middle East, or APAC regions.
- Existing network of business contacts is a plus.
