Roles and Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and operating system issues.
- Provide first-level and second-level technical support to users.
- Install, upgrade, and update operating systems and software applications.
- Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
- Configure and support email clients and collaboration tools.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Assist with network connectivity and VPN-related issues.
- Perform regular system backups and security updates.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT teams when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards.
- Work experience in networking (Firewall, Networking Devices)
- Monitoring and maintaining networks and servers.
- Upgrading, installing, and configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives.
- Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.
- Work on Mail Server Like (Microsoft Exchange 2019 or Microsoft Office 0365)
- Basic knowledge of IIS Server, SQL Application, Management Studio.
Required Skills :
- Knowledge of Windows and/or macOS operating systems.
- Understanding of computer hardware, software installation, and troubleshooting.
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Familiarity with Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong Analytical, Details of Eye, problem-solving and debugging skills.
- CCNA, CCNP, Networking Certifications Preferred.
