Eligibility: Graduate in any discipline About FEA Freedom Employability Academy (FEA) is a charitable trust providing FREE English, Digital Literacy, and Employability Skills training to youth aged 18+ across North India. Since 2010, over 6 lakh students have enrolled in our programs and transformed their lives through education. Salary & Benefits
Starting Salary: ₹14,000–₹14,500/month Performance-based increment up to ₹16,500/month
Bonuses up to ₹22,000 per cycle
Accommodation allowance up to ₹3,000/month
Travel/Petrol reimbursement

Free residential training at FEA Lucknow Campus (food, accommodation, and travel included) Key Responsibilities
Teach English and Employability Skills (4 classes daily)
Mobilize and enroll students from nearby villages and communities
Manage daily administrative tasks
Participate in training and development activities Eligibility Criteria Graduate in any discipline Basic English communication skills Willing to relocate and work in a rural area Own a mobile phone and two-wheeler/cycle Ready to commit to a minimum of 1 year
