Sales Executive – Optical Store
Location: Jayanagar | Rajajinagar | Indiranagar, Bangalore
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our optical store team. The ideal candidate should have strong customer-handling and sales skills, preferably with experience in the optical/eyewear retail industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting spectacles, frames, sunglasses, and lenses.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product recommendations.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and drive store revenue.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Explain lens options, frame features, pricing, and offers to customers.
- Maintain proper product displays and store presentation.
- Handle billing and basic store operations.
- Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
- Experience in optical/eyewear retail will be highly preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-handling and convincing abilities.
- Target-oriented and confident personality.
- Candidates with experience in premium retail/sales may also apply.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
