Job description:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Architect with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the real estate industry. The candidate must possess strong technical knowledge of DCPR 2034 and should be capable of handling architectural planning, consultant coordination, presentations, and project execution efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and draft architectural plans, layouts, and detailed drawings.
- Ensure all designs and plans comply with DCPR 2034 regulations and relevant statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with multiple consultants including structural, MEP, RCC, liaisoning, landscape, and PMC teams.
- Work closely with internal project teams for planning and execution of residential/commercial redevelopment projects.
- Conduct presentations for management, society members, and stakeholders regarding proposed layouts and project planning.
- Coordinate with society members for discussions, feedback, and finalisation of plans.
- Attend meetings with consultants, contractors, society committees, and authorities as required.
- Review drawings and resolve design or execution-related issues.
- Assist in obtaining approvals and ensuring documentation compliance.
- Monitor project progress from the conceptual stage to the execution stage.
- Ensure timely submission of drawings and coordination outputs.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably with a reputed real estate developer.
- Mandatory experience working in a real estate company.
- Strong understanding and practical knowledge of DCPR 2034.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and drafting software.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate with consultants, contractors, and society members effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple consultants and deadlines simultaneously.
- Knowledge of redevelopment projects will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
- Familiarity with municipal approval processes.
- Experience in high-rise residential or redevelopment projects preferred.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
