Application Engineer — Heat Exchangers
Role summary
The Application Engineer will provide technical guidance to the sales team and customers on product specifications, applications, and solutions. The role ensures that the sales team and customers clearly understands the technical aspects, technical specifications and applications of Varalka products.
Key Responsibilities
· Review customer application and technical specifications to suggest suitable product.
· Prepare technical proposals and cost estimates based on customer requirements.
· Assist sales team in preparing technical documents and product datasheets.
· Respond to customer inquiries and technical questions.
· Explain product capabilities, technical limitations, and correct usage to sales teams.
· Assist sales teams in answering technical queries from customers.
· Coordinate with production, and procurement teams for delivery timelines.
· Support the sales team during customer discussions where technical input is required.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of product specifications and technical applications
- Ability to translate technical information into simple explanations for sales teams
- Knowledge of exchangers or similar products is necessary.
- Ability to review technical documents and product specifications
- Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
Qualifications
· Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Engineering
· Experience in technical sales, inside sales, or engineering support roles
SALARY & BENEFITS
· Annual CTC: Rs 5,00,000 – Rs 6,00,000
· Benefits: Paid Leave, EPF, ESI and Bonus.
