To act as the single point of coordination between business users, software vendors, implementation partners, and management for all enterprise software applications. The incumbent will ensure that every software solution is aligned with the company's business processes, statutory requirements, operational standards, and future growth plans across retail showrooms, manufacturing, warehouse, finance, HR, CRM, marketing, and e-commerce operations.
The role is responsible for process mapping, software customization, testing, implementation, user acceptance, reporting, training, troubleshooting, and continuous system improvements to maximize operational efficiency.
B.E./B.Tech (Computer Science, IT, Electronics) graduates with 3-5 years relevant experience in Retail ERP, Manufacturing ERP, or Jewellery ERP is preferred. Experience with jewellery-specific ERP solutions, barcode/RFID systems, and inventory traceability is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
