We are hiring an experienced Production Manager to oversee complete production operations, manpower management, production planning, quality control, and dispatch coordination. The candidate will be responsible for achieving production targets while maintaining quality and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities.
- Ensure production targets are completed on time.
- Monitor production processes and improve productivity.
- Handle manpower, shift planning, and worker supervision.
- Coordinate with purchase, maintenance, quality, and dispatch departments.
- Ensure proper machine utilization and minimum downtime.
- Maintain production reports, MIS reports, and daily records.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
