- Contact and engage with leads generated through digital marketing, social media, website inquiries, and other marketing channels to convert them into customers.
- Understand customer needs, explain product benefits, address queries, and recommend the most suitable Veda Health Life products.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by effectively following up with prospects and closing sales.
- Build long-term customer relationships by providing excellent service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams by sharing customer feedback, market insights, and ensuring smooth order processing.
