Job Title: Executive Assistant to CEO (9606753772)

Location: Yeshwanthpur, Bangalore
CTC: Up to 7 LPA

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Prepare reports, presentations, MIS, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO
- Coordinate and follow up on action items from meetings and ensure timely closure
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes (MoM)
- Support in strategic planning, data analysis, and decision-making processes
- Manage travel itineraries, accommodation, and expense reports
- Assist in cross-functional coordination and communication across departments

- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant to senior leadership
- Experience working closely with CXO-level executives
- Immediate joiners will be highly preferred
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
