Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily office administration activities
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Handle travel arrangements, bookings, and scheduling
- Assist in organizing meetings, events, and appointments
- Support HR in employee documentation and onboarding
- Ensure office cleanliness, maintenance, and security
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and courier management
Pay: ₹9,014.86 - ₹24,792.09 per month
