Job Title: Sales Coordinator & Accounts Executive
Bluespire Technologies is looking for an office-based Sales Coordinator & Accounts Executive to manage customer enquiries, quotations, sales documentation and basic accounts administration using Bluespire ERP.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle IndiaMART, email and telephone enquiries.
- Find and contact potential customers through calls and email campaigns.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers for orders.
- Coordinate customer POs, purchases, inventory and dispatch.
- Prepare DCs, sales invoices and e-way bills in Bluespire ERP.
- Enter purchase invoices, petty cash and payment details.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and pending orders.
- Maintain accurate customer, sales and accounts records in the ERP.
- Support monthly sales, new-customer conversion and gross-profit goals.
Candidate Requirements
- Fresher or up to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Any degree or diploma; commerce or technical background is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of invoicing, GST, e-way bills and MS Office.
- Good communication and customer-follow-up skills.
- Comfortable using ERP software and maintaining accurate records.
- Responsible, organized and willing to learn.

- Salary: ₹18,000–₹25,000 per month, based on experience
- Performance incentive: Up to ₹5,000 per month
- Probation period: 3 months
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
