Job Overview
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Security Surveillance Officer to monitor live security camera feeds for multiple locations across the United States. The ideal candidate will remain alert, identify suspicious activities, document incidents, and promptly report any security concerns.
No physical security work is involved—this is a camera monitoring and reporting role from our office.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor multiple live CCTV/security camera feeds.
- Watch for suspicious activities, unauthorized access, theft, or safety incidents.
- Record and document incidents accurately.
- Immediately report emergencies or unusual activities to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain detailed incident logs and daily reports.
- Follow company security procedures and escalation protocols.
- Stay attentive throughout the shift with minimal distractions.
Requirements
- Strong observation and attention to detail.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts.
- Responsible, punctual, and reliable.
- Previous experience in CCTV monitoring or security is preferred but not required.

- Experience monitoring surveillance systems.
- Ability to remain focused for extended periods.
- Good decision-making under pressure.
Work Schedule
- Full-Time
- 9 AM - 7 PM
- 6 Days a Week
