Position Overview
We are seeking Junior Engineers – Civil & Mechanical to support our engineering, estimation, procurement, fabrication and project execution activities.
Competent fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. We are particularly interested in candidates who demonstrate strong technical fundamentals, willingness to learn, problem-solving ability and a hands-on approach.
The successful candidates will work closely with senior engineers, project managers, estimation teams, site teams and clients, gaining exposure to real-world EPC and construction projects.
Key Responsibilities – Civil Engineering
Assist with quantity take-offs, BOQs, cost estimates and material calculations.
Review civil drawings, specifications and project documents.
Assist with site measurements, inspections and progress monitoring.
Support preparation of technical and commercial quotations.
Assist in planning and supervision of civil construction activities.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel.
Prepare basic reports, material requisitions and project documentation.
Support quality and safety requirements at project sites.
Key Responsibilities – Mechanical Engineering
Assist with mechanical engineering calculations, equipment selection and material specifications.
Review mechanical drawings, datasheets and technical specifications.
Support estimation and preparation of BOQs for mechanical works.
Assist with fabrication, piping, structural and equipment-related projects.
Support procurement by preparing material and equipment requirements.
Assist senior engineers with site inspections, installation and commissioning activities.
Coordinate with fabrication workshops, vendors and subcontractors.
Prepare technical reports, documentation and progress updates.
General Responsibilities
Work as part of multidisciplinary EPC project teams.
Communicate with clients, consultants, vendors and subcontractors when required.
Maintain accurate engineering and project records.
Participate in site visits and inspections.
Follow company HSE, quality and project procedures.
Take initiative to learn new engineering software, standards and project practices.
Perform other engineering duties assigned by senior management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
Fresh graduates with strong academic and technical fundamentals are welcome.
0–2 years of relevant experience preferred, but not mandatory for exceptional freshers.
Knowledge of engineering drawings, BOQs and basic estimation is an advantage.
Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Excel and other engineering software is an advantage.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Pay: ₹9,266.81 - ₹36,282.15 per month
