About the Position
We are looking for a passionate Economics Subject Matter Expert (SME) who possesses strong conceptual knowledge and enjoys simplifying complex topics into student-friendly content.
The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Indian Economy, Monetary Economics, Public Finance, International Economics, and Economic Development, along with an understanding of the requirements of competitive examinations.
Candidates with experience in preparing content for RBI Grade B, NABARD Grade A, UPSC EPFO APFC, SEBI Grade A, IRDAI Assistant Manager, or similar examinations will be preferred.
What Your Job Role Looks Like
- Develop high-quality, exam-oriented study material.
- Create chapter-wise notes, MCQs, quizzes, and practice questions.
- Prepare answer explanations and concept-based learning resources.
- Conduct research to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Review and improve existing study material.
- Resolve subject-related student queries and doubts.
- Collaborate with faculty and content teams to enhance course quality.
Required Toolkit of Your Talent & Experience
- Strong academic foundation in Economics.
- Excellent conceptual clarity across Economics subjects.
- Good understanding of competitive examination patterns.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and structured manner.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics (master’s preferred).
- Experience in competitive exam content creation will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with exams such as RBI Grade B, NABARD Grade A, UPSC EPFO APFC, SEBI Grade A, or similar examinations.
