Job Summary
The Compliance Executive/Intern will be responsible for ensuring that the organization adheres to all applicable statutory, regulatory, legal, and internal compliance requirements. The role involves monitoring licenses, registrations, filings, labor law compliances, corporate compliances, factory-related compliances, and maintaining compliance records to mitigate legal and operational risks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Regulatory & Statutory Compliance
- Ensure timely compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Track due dates for various filings, renewals, returns, and submissions.
- Maintain statutory registers, records, and compliance calendars.
- Monitor changes in laws and advise management regarding implications.
2. Corporate Compliance
- Assist in company law compliances under Ministry of Corporate Affairs regulations and the Companies Act, 2013.
- Coordinate filing of forms, annual returns, board-related documentation, and statutory records.
- Support board meetings, resolutions, and documentation.
- Maintain ROC-related documentation and records.
3. Labor Law & HR Compliance
- Ensure compliance under:
- PF
- ESIC
- Gratuity
- Bonus
- Minimum Wages
- Shops & Establishment / Factory Act
- Coordinate with HR for employee statutory records and submissions.
- Monitor contractor labor compliance and documentation.
4. Factory / Manufacturing Compliance
- Ensure compliance with factory licenses, permits, and approvals.
- Coordinate renewals of:
- Factory License
- Pollution NOCs
- Fire Safety Approvals
- Boiler / Electrical Inspections (if applicable)
- Coordinate with government departments during inspections.
5. Contract & Documentation Management
- Maintain repository of:
- Agreements
- Contracts
- Licenses
- Certifications
- Insurance policies
- Track contract validity, renewal dates, and obligations.
- Coordinate with legal consultants when required.
6. Internal Compliance Monitoring
- Conduct periodic internal compliance checks.
- Identify compliance gaps and escalate risks.
- Support implementation of compliance SOPs and policies.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation.
7. Liaison & Coordination
- Coordinate with:
- Government departments
- External consultants
- Legal advisors
- Auditors
- Internal departments
- Assist during statutory, internal, and compliance audits.
8. Reporting & MIS
- Prepare compliance status reports for management.
- Generate periodic dashboards showing:
- Completed compliances
- Pending compliances
- High-risk items
- Escalate delays or non-compliance risks proactively.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
