The Back Office Assistant supports the administrative and documentation work of the garments factory. The role involves managing records, preparing production and order reports, coordinating with departments, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain records of orders, invoices, and production details.
- Prepare and update daily production and dispatch reports.
- Handle data entry and maintain files related to buyers, suppliers, and orders.
- Assist in preparing purchase orders and sales documents.
- Coordinate with production, cutting, stitching, and packing departments for order updates.
- Manage emails, phone calls, and office correspondence.
- Support inventory and stock record maintenance.
- Assist management with documentation and administrative tasks.
Skills & Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and email handling.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Basic understanding of garment production is a plus.
Education:
- Minimum: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred).
Experience:
- 1–2 years experience in office work or garment industry preferred (freshers can apply).
