We are looking for a highly analytical and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to accelerate our growth. In this role, you will own our paid acquisition channels and B2B outreach strategies, generating high-quality leads to fuel our sales pipeline. The Role You will be the architect behind our digital advertising, email campaigns, and targeted outreach. The ideal candidate isn't just focused on clicks, but on conversion, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and return on ad spend (ROAS). You will balance B2C-style paid media tactics with high-level B2B prospecting to ensure a steady flow of qualified opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Paid Media Management (Google & Meta): Strategize, launch, and optimize end-to-end ad campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
* B2B Prospecting (LinkedIn Sales Navigator): Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify key decision-makers, build highly targeted prospect lists, and execute direct outreach strategies to generate qualified agency leads.
* Email Marketing & Automation: Design, execute, and monitor email marketing campaigns. Build automated drip sequences that nurture leads from initial awareness down to conversion.
* A/B Testing & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Continuously test ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and email subject lines to maximize conversion rates.
* Analytics & Reporting: Monitor daily campaign performance, manage ad budgets effectively, and provide weekly reporting on KPIs (CPA, CTR, ROAS, Lead Volume).
Requirements & Qualifications
* Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, specifically managing direct-response campaigns.
* Paid Ads Expertise: Proven track record of running and scaling profitable campaigns inside Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
* B2B Outreach Skills: Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and modern B2B lead generation tactics.
* Email Marketing Proficiency: Experience with leading email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot) and building automated workflows.
* Analytical Mindset: Comfortable living in the data. Proficiency with Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and pixel management.
* Copywriting: Ability to write compelling, conversion-focused ad copy and email sequences.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Noida, Uttar Pradesh (Noida, 201309): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
