We're looking for a Customer Relationship Manager with strong B2B client management experience to build and nurture relationships with our international customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and strengthen relationships with international B2B clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries and support.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to enhance the customer experience.
Gather customer feedback and drive service improvements.
Develop customer retention and loyalty initiatives.
Prepare client reports and provide product guidance when required.
What We're Looking For:
✔ Experience in Customer Relationship Management or Account Management
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Strong problem-solving and customer-centric approach
✔ Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
✔ Ability to work independently and collaboratively
✔ Experience in the Jewellery/Gem & Jewellery industry will be preferred.
