About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to manage and grow relationships with US-based clients in the lab-grown diamond industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client engagement, sales conversion, and account management while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify sales leads from the US market.
- Connect with potential customers via phone, email, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable lab-grown diamond products.
- Prepare and share quotations, product details, certifications, and pricing.
- Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Coordinate with merchandising, inventory, and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the US diamond market.
- Participate in virtual trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2+ years of Inside Sales, B2C Sales, or International Sales experience.
- Experience in the diamond, jewellery, gemstones, or luxury goods industry is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable working in US time zones.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Excel, and Google Workspace.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of lab-grown diamonds, diamond grading, and certifications (IGI/GIA).
- Experience handling US-based B2C clients, wholesalers, retailers, or jewellery manufacturers.
- Lead generation and sales closing expertise.
- Strong presentation and customer service skills.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
