Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Market Research
Identify potential clients and business opportunities through LinkedIn, online research, referrals, networking, and other channels.
Generate, qualify, and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and new business opportunities.
Support business expansion initiatives in domestic and international markets.
Client Communication & Follow-ups
Initiate and maintain professional communication with prospects through email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and other business platforms.
Schedule meetings, demos, and follow-up discussions with potential clients.
Build and maintain relationships with prospects and business partners.
Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain high standards of customer engagement and responsiveness.
Data Management & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and business development activities in CRM systems and spreadsheets.
Track lead progress and update databases regularly.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and business performance metrics.
Analyze data and provide insights to improve outreach and conversion strategies.
Presentation & Documentation
Create professional presentations, business decks, proposals, and company profiles.
Assist in preparing business documents, proposals, and marketing materials.
Coordinate with internal teams to support client requirements and business initiatives.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for business growth and process improvement.
Eligibility Criteria
Any Bachelor’s Degree (B.E., B.Tech., BCA, B.Sc., BBA, B.Com., B.A., MBA, MCA, or equivalent).
Freshers and final-year students are encouraged to apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong command of English is mandatory; Hindi communication skills are preferred.
Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Additional Requirements
Willing to work from the office in Chennai.
Open to travel for client meetings, networking events, conferences, and business requirements.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Professional attitude, ownership mindset, and willingness to take initiative.
