Personal Assistant – Job Post Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Personal Assistant (PA) to provide administrative and secretarial support to senior management. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, handle communications, coordinate meetings, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the calendar, appointments, and meetings of the executive.
Handle emails, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of management.
Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain confidential records and sensitive information.
Track deadlines, follow-ups, and ensure timely task completion.
Support in organizing meetings, events, and business activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred.
1–2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in an administrative role.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
