Job Summary: Exilon Solutions is looking for a proactive and hardworking Site Supervisor to support our Project Manager in the day-to-day execution of solar installations. You will be responsible for on-site supervision, ensuring that work is carried out according to the technical drawings and that safety standards are strictly followed.
Key Responsibilities:
- On-Site Supervision: Stay present at the installation site from start to finish. Supervise electricians, structural fitters, and helpers to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Material Coordination: Receive materials at the site, verify quantities against the Bill of Materials (BOM), and ensure no wastage of components.
- Inverter Commissioning: Assist in the programming and commissioning of solar inverters, ensuring correct parameter settings and Wi-Fi monitoring setup for client access.
- KSEB Liaison & Documentation: Coordinate at the local KSEB section office for site inspections, assist in the preparation of completion reports, and ensure all physical paperwork is ready for the net-metering process.
- Progress Reporting: Take daily site photos and provide real-time updates to the Project Manager through our mobile reporting tools.
- Site Handover: Assist the Project Manager during final testing and commissioning of the system.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: ITI or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 0–2 years. We are open to freshers with a strong technical foundation and a willingness to learn the solar trade.
- Technical Basics: Ability to read basic electrical diagrams and handle smartphone-based reporting tools.
- Travel: Must have a valid driving license and a two-wheeler for commuting between different project sites in the region.
- Language: Fluent in Malayalam; basic understanding of English for reading technical labels and app usage.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
