We are looking for an enthusiastic and articulate IELTS & PTE Trainer to join our team. This is a great opportunity for freshers who have excellent English speaking skills and a passion for teaching to build a career in test preparation training. Training will be provided for candidates who are new to IELTS/PTE coaching.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging IELTS and PTE preparation classes (Speaking, Listening, Reading, and Writing modules)
- Take mock speaking sessions and provide personalized feedback to students
- Help students improve pronunciation, fluency, grammar, and vocabulary
- Prepare and update study material, presentations, and practice tests using MS Office tools
- Maintain student records, attendance, and performance reports in Excel
- Track student progress and share regular feedback with parents/students
- Motivate and guide students to achieve their target band scores
Requirements
- Excellent command over spoken and written English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (English/Linguistics preferred but not mandatory)
- Freshers with strong speaking ability are encouraged to apply; full training will be provided
- Prior experience in IELTS/PTE training is a plus but not required
- Patient, energetic, and student-friendly attitude
Skills Preferred
- Neutral/clear accent and confident public speaking
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for lesson planning and reporting
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with online teaching tools
