We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive with at least 1 year of experience in telecalling or telesales. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, explaining products/services, and converting prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company products and services effectively.
- Generate and qualify sales leads.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain customer relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Update customer information and call records in the CRM system.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic concerns.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and customer support.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Tele Sales, Telecalling, or Inside Sales.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.
- Strong negotiation and customer service skills.
- Graduate or Diploma holder preferred.
