We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in the MERN stack along with a basic understanding of Python, RAG, LLM APIs, and MCP servers. You will be responsible for developing scalable web applications and leveraging modern AI-assisted development tools.
Responsibilities:
· Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
· Build and integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
· Work with AI/LLM APIs and support basic RAG-based application development.
· Work with MCP servers and AI integrations at a basic level.
· Use AI-assisted/vibe coding tools to improve development productivity and efficiency.
· Collaborate with designers, developers, and other team members to deliver new features.
· Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and reliability.
· Manage code versioning and collaboration using Git.
· Stay updated with emerging technologies, AI tools, and industry trends.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
· Candidates with 1-3 years of experience are encouraged to apply.· Strong knowledge of MERN Stack — MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js (Mandatory).
· Basic knowledge of Python.
· Basic understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
· Basic experience with LLM API integration.
· Basic understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers.
· Good knowledge of AI-assisted/vibe coding and modern AI development tools.
· Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web development.
· Experience with Git and version control.
· Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
· Good communication and teamwork skills.
· Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
