Position: Business Development Representative (BDR)
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients across the country
Qualify and nurture leads through effective engagement strategies
Convert assigned leads into business opportunities through structured follow-ups and cadence activities
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop strategic sales approaches
Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline
Conduct market research and analyze competitive landscapes
Create and implement new sales strategies based on market insights and performance learnings
Identify key stakeholders, understand business requirements, and present tailored solutions
Requirements:
✔ MBA/Post-Graduation in Marketing or Sales
✔ 1–3 years of full-time work experience (preferably in a BDR/Sales role)
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✔ Strong initiative, ownership mindset, and leadership potential
✔ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
✔ Strong business acumen, ethics, and professional integrit
