We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between design teams and on-site workers, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- On-site Supervision:Oversee daily construction activities, managing subcontractors and laborers to ensure adherence to blueprints and technical specifications.
- Technical Implementation:Set out site layout, surveys, and elevations, establishing reference points for construction.
- Project Planning & Reporting:Maintain, update, and review project schedules, providing daily/weekly progress reports.
- Quality & Safety Control:Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and legal regulations, conducting quality inspections.
- Material Management:Organize resources, material deliveries, and inventory to prevent project delays.
- Troubleshooting:Resolve technical issues and unexpected problems on site promptly.
- Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
- Experience:Proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role, with strong knowledge of construction methods.
- Technical Proficiency:Skilled in CAD software, Ability to interpret Structural drawings.
- Knowledge:Strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and health/safety standards.
- Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with clients, consultants, and teams.
- Physical/Logistical:Ability to work on-site in varying weather conditions and, if required, travel between multiple sites.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹32,822.94 per month
