Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate onboarding and employee documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and HR operations.
- Support employee engagement and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources or Recruitment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with recruitment portals and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
