Hiring: UPI Subject Matter Expert (SME)

We are looking for a highly experienced UPI Subject Matter Expert with strong domain expertise in digital payments and mobile banking to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities & Expertise:
- Hands-on experience in at least 2 Mobile Banking / UPI projects
- Strong knowledge of UPI Issuer modules – onboarding, mandate management & transaction lifecycle
- Experience in mandate configurations (Payer & Payee setups)
- Expertise in UPI transaction processing & flows
- Work closely with stakeholders for UDIR reporting, certification & compliance
- Experience with NPCI guidelines, procedures & certification processes
- Hands-on exposure to HSM (Hardware Security Module) integration for secure cryptographic operations
- Understanding of UPI Acquirer / PSP systems
- Prior experience working in banking domain is mandatory
