Job Description
Elight Cabs is hiring a Telecaller / Customer Support Executive to manage customer calls, cab bookings, customer inquiries, and follow-ups. We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Assist customers with cab bookings and travel inquiries
- Provide customer support and resolve basic concerns
- Follow up with customers regarding bookings and feedback
- Maintain customer and booking records accurately
- Coordinate with drivers and operations teams
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English
- Basic computer and data entry knowledge
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to handle calls professionally
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in telecalling, customer support, call center, or voice process is preferred
