We are looking for a responsible and organized Office Staff member to handle day-to-day office tasks and assist in basic administrative, clerical, and support duties to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle filing, record keeping, and basic data entry.
- Prepare and organize documents and reports.
- Attend phone calls and respond to emails.
- Maintain office cleanliness and assist in arranging meetings.
- Support accounts or sales departments with basic paperwork.
- Manage courier, printing, and stationery requirements.
- Assist senior staff in daily office activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Plus Two / Degree or equivalent.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, typing).
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Punctual, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Previous experience in office or administrative work is an advantage
