Position: Full-Time Occupational Therapist
Arthashastra School is looking for a compassionate and motivated Speech and Language Therapist to support children with diverse learning, communication, and developmental needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments and develop individualized therapy plans.
- Deliver one-on-one and group speech therapy sessions.
- Support children in improving speech clarity, language development, social communication, and feeding/oral-motor skills where applicable.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and the multidisciplinary team to achieve therapy goals.
- Maintain accurate therapy documentation, progress reports, and intervention records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech and Language Pathology / Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology.
- Registration with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) is preferred.
- Experience working with children, especially neurodivergent children, is preferred.
- Strong communication, observation, and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, empathetic, and child-centered approach.
