Job Description:
Visa Quest is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Tele Caller to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Explain study visa, visitor visa, and immigration services to clients.
- Generate and follow up on leads.
- Schedule appointments and maintain customer records.
- Answer client queries and provide accurate information.
- Coordinate with the counselling team.
- Maintain daily call reports.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills (Punjabi, Hindi & basic English).
- Previous tele-calling/customer service experience preferred.
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
