A Stores and Administration Technical Executive role manages warehouse logistics, material inventory and facility-related paperwork. In industrial environments like fabrication or construction, this position ensures that project materials, tools, and heavy equipment parts are accurately tracked and available for the field crew
Core Responsibilities
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock of parts, consumables and all other required stores.
- Material Tracking: Log incoming materials and reconcile deliveries against purchase orders.
- Database Maintenance: Update digital ERP or inventory management systems with real-time stock levels.
- Asset Allocation: Track the issuance and return of specialised tools and rigging equipment.
- Administrative Filing: Organise safety certifications, material test reports, and vendor billing documents, including administration-related work.
- Coordination: Communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal team to resolve discrepancies or expedite urgent field orders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
- Technical Knowledge: 3 - 6 years of experience in mechanical site management along with stores and administration.
- Technical Software: Proficiency in inventory databases, excel spreadsheets or enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms.
- Material Familiarity: Basic knowledge of mechanical parts, piping components, hardware types or industrial tools.
- Data Accuracy: High attention to detail for counting high-volume stock and matching tracking numbers.
- Safety Awareness: Understanding of warehouse safety protocols and proper handling of heavy or hazardous items
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
