Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and research-oriented Assistant Professor in HR Analytics to teach analytical approaches in human resource management and data-driven decision-making. The role involves teaching, research, curriculum development, and mentoring students in applying analytics to HR and organizational strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach courses in HR Analytics, People Analytics, HR Metrics, and Data-driven HR Management
- Prepare course materials, case studies, and analytical exercises
- Guide students in projects involving HR data analysis and workforce insights
- Conduct research and publish in academic journals and conferences
- Participate in curriculum development and academic committees
- Organize seminars, workshops, and industry interaction sessions
- Support institutional accreditation and academic development initiatives
Eligibility Criteria
- Master’s Degree in MBA / PGDM (HR / Analytics) or related discipline
- NET / Ph.D. preferred as per UGC/AICTE norms
- Knowledge of analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Python, R, or SPSS preferred
- Minimum 2 years teaching experience past MBA
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HR Analytics and HR Management concepts
- Ability to analyze workforce data and interpret HR metrics
- Research aptitude and academic writing skills
- Effective teaching, presentation, and mentoring ability
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital teaching tools
Preferred Skills
- Research publications in HR or analytics-related journals
- Industry exposure in HR analytics or HR technology platforms
- Experience with data visualization and workforce analytics tools
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
