The engineer actively oversees the progress of development tasks, addresses challenges as they arise, and ensures that the applications are aligned with organizational goals and standards. Collaboration and communication are key components throughout the day to maintain project momentum and quality.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of development activities to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical skills and project contributions.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- Strong knowledge of customization and configuration within Microsoft Dynamics CRM environments.
- Experience in integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementations.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle processes and best practices in application design and deployment.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
