Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Data Analyst to support the collection, standardization, curation, and analysis of oncology clinical and genomic data.
Key Responsibilities:
· Collect and curate retrospective and prospective clinical data from hospitals and healthcare partners.
· Review medical records, pathology reports, laboratory reports, treatment records, and genomic reports.
· Standardize clinical data using predefined data dictionaries and coding standards.
· Perform data cleaning, validation, and quality checks.
· Manage longitudinal patient datasets including diagnosis, treatment, outcomes, and follow-up.
· Support integration of clinical and genomic datasets.
· Generate analyses, dashboards, and summary reports.
· Collaborate with clinicians, bioinformaticians, and product teams.
· Maintain SOPs and documentation.
· Ensure compliance with ethical and data privacy requirements.
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Nursing, Public Health, Biomedical Sciences, or related field.
· 1–4 years of experience in clinical data management, healthcare analytics, or clinical research.
· Prior healthcare, hospital, CRO, or life sciences experience preferred.
· Good understanding of medical terminology and clinical documentation.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; SQL/Power BI/Tableau is an advantage.
· Exposure to oncology, genomics, or EMRs is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent attention to detail.
· Good communication and documentation skills.
· Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
· Knowledge of Real-World Data (RWD) and Real-World Evidence (RWE) is desirable.
