Karauli Diagnostic is a growing healthcare diagnostics organization committed to delivering high-quality pathology and diagnostic services. We are looking for a dynamic HR professional to support and strengthen our people practices.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, offer rollout)
- Coordinate onboarding and induction for new hires
- Maintain recruitment trackers and reports
2. HR Operations
- Manage employee lifecycle (joining to exit formalities)
- Maintain employee records, personal files, and HRMIS data
- Ensure compliance with company policies
3. Payroll & Compliance
- Assist in payroll processing and salary coordination
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labour laws)
- Liaise with consultants/vendors for compliance updates
4. Employee Engagement
- Plan and execute engagement activities
- Address employee grievances and queries
- Promote a positive work culture
5. Performance Management
- Support PMS process (goal setting, reviews, appraisals)
- Track employee performance and development plans
6. Training & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs
- Maintain training records and effectiveness reports
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of labour laws and HR practices
- Hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR software/HRMS
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Educational Qualification
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent
- Any relevant HR certifications will be an added advantage

Eligibility Criteria
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent
- 3–5 years of experience in HR Generalist role
- Preferably from Healthcare / Diagnostics / Hospital industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of HRMS and MS Excel

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
