Job Summary:
We are seeking a customer-focused and well-presented Guest Relations Executive to enhance the overall client experience at our real estate sites. The role involves being the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring smooth coordination, and delivering a positive and professional experience throughout the customer journey in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients/visitors at the site office in a professional manner
- Act as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries and walk-ins
- Coordinate with the sales team for client meetings and site visits
- Maintain visitor records and ensure accurate data entry in CRM/Excel
- Handle inbound calls and direct queries to relevant teams
- Ensure smooth client handling and an excellent on-site experience
- Assist in organizing site visits, events, and client meetings
- Follow up with clients when required and support the sales team
- Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and readiness of the reception/site area
- Handle basic administrative and coordination tasks
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1 years of experience in customer handling, front desk, or guest relations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented personality
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Ability to multitask and manage coordination efficiently

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
